Who We Are
FlowRebels welcomes everyone to our yoga, aerial yoga and dance classes. We train beginners all the way to professional and teacher levels. FlowRebels studio not only offers activities to have fun and get fit, we also provide information on how to live more sustainably since we believe that having a positive effect on our environment directly affects how we feel on the inside.
Our mission is to create a healthy and positive atmosphere wherein various people, no matter your age, gender or where you come from. Everyone can progress together towards a healthier body, mind and soul. We rebel against the norms, promoting plant based diets and alternative forms of movement classes in order to gain fitness and health. Each person is on their own journey, from kids to adults, whether your learning to swim or trying to gain fitness. Our passionate instructors will strive to assist you on the road to a better you. How you feel is our primary focus.

YOGA AT FLOW REBELS
Your body works as a unit, when one piece of it is not solid and grounded, everything else will crumble. Yoga is not only a form of exercise which can strengthen one’s body, improve flexibility and movement, it is also a way of life.
Yoga promotes health and balance in our lives. Our qualifed instructors will guide you through the various limbs of yogic practice in a safe encouraging and patient manner
AERIAL YOGA
Aerial yoga allows us to perform the same poses we would do on a yoga, except we use silk hammock which is suspended from the ceiling. The assistance of the hammock gives us confidence and helps to improve flexibility and build strength, while allowing us to do more challenging poses without extra pressure on the spine, shoulders and head

DANCING AT FLOW REBELS
Let the rhythm take over your body and heart and join one of our dance classes at FlowRebels. We offer a range of dances, from Hip hop to Classical, for hobbyists or competitors. Dance may seem like a fun way to shake away the calories, but it also improves one’s motor skills, and coordination, strengthens the body, improves your heart and lungs, and boosts one’s confidence and self-esteem. Dance yourself to a better and fitter you, mentally and physically.
Classes are available for beginners advance and competitive students, from children to adults.
